Reflection

Communication is an essential part for everyone to be able to hear and be understood. It can be applied to speaking with your coworkers to present a new idea or issue that needs to be resolved in the workplace. It also helps to you better understand where other people are coming from when sharing their feelings. It can help be the facilitator in an argument over ice cream that surprising became too heated. It helps with other courses to provided direction on the best way to communicate a point you must share and to also be accepting of others.
